If your organization is unfamiliar with EDI or does not currently have EDI capabilities, TrueCommerce offers a variety of solutions that meet all our standardized requirements for purchase order, advanced ship notice, shipping label, and invoice documents.
Save A Lot has partnered with TrueCommerce to ensure all vendors are able to connect electronically and exchange EDI documents. All suppliers that do not have an EDI solution will need to purchase a connection to Save A Lot's Vendor Portal. This portal will enable to you retrieve your purchase orders and respond on the portal to provide an invoice. The portal will enable your business to comply with the Save A Lot electronic requirements.
There is a one time charge of $195 for the certification and a $45 monthly charge for portal access. You will have a 30 day window to complete testing. If you are unable to complete testing within the 30 day window, you can purchase an extension for an additional 30 days. The cost for this is $97.50 (half the cost of the initial certification). Alternatively, TrueCommerce has a portal and assorted other options for purchase if you are unable to comply for any reason.
Preferred method of payment is credit card. If paid by check, there will be a processing and handling fee of $25 per charge (if both the original testing window and extension are purchased).
